Terms of Service

By accessing and using IROSSA Technologies Pvt. Ltd.'s services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

IROSSA Technologies provides web development, mobile app development, design services, and related digital solutions. Specific deliverables and timelines are outlined in individual project agreements.

• 50% payment required upfront before project commencement
• Remaining 50% due upon project completion
• Payments processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer
• Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month
• Refunds available within 7 days of project start (see Refund Policy)

While we strive to meet all deadlines, timelines are estimates and may vary based on:

• Client feedback and approval delays
• Scope changes or additional feature requests
• Technical complexities
• Third-party service dependencies

Upon full payment, clients receive complete ownership of:

• All custom code developed for the project
• Design files and assets
• Content created specifically for the project
• Note: Third-party libraries and frameworks retain their original licenses

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and sign NDAs when requested. We will not share your business information, trade secrets, or proprietary data with third parties.

We warrant that our services will be performed professionally and competently. However, we cannot guarantee specific business results. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

Post-launch support is included as specified in your package. Extended support and maintenance plans are available separately.

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Refunds for termination depend on project stage and are handled case-by-case.
